Skull-faced Symbol
This week's comic is about Gerry Conway, a seminal comics writer who passed away of cancer in May, and who co-created too many superheroes and villains to list here (some which make an appearance in our comic this week).
But here's just a few:
The Punisher
Vixen
Power Girl
Firestorm
Killer Croc
Ms. Marvel
Mysterio
Jason Todd (the 2nd Robin)
(Bonus points for you if you can identify the character on the right side of panel 1!)
In other news, this weekend is Aya Con, which will have a lot of cool comics creators (including me!) and lots of other dope shit based in indigenous culture.
And we're coming down to the last days for you to register for my Lighthouse class, "How To Make A Living at This Sh*t!".
It starts October 22nd & it's 4 weeks of strategies & practical tips for making a living as an author or artist - even when the big companies aren’t opening doors to you. Join me in person or online!
Other good news is on the horizon, and I can't wait until I'm allowed to share it all with you!
Thanks for your support,
Alan
