This is the story of two Black men who were murdered, in large part because they were dancing. Some of you may know this, but I try to go dancing at least once or twice a week, and it's such a cathartic outlet for my soul.
There are many elements of oppression that tend to rob you of your humanity, bit by bit, and in this week's "What'd I Miss?" I wanted to touch on one of those elements.
Cori did a wonderful job visually conveying the vulnerability and love of this moment, and it's an excellent example of what makes me so happy to work with her on this comic.
