This is an educational comic that I wrote for Basalt Libraries, with art by my buddy Sabyasachi Chakma.


The challenge here was to get across a LOT of information about vaccines in 4 pages, while still making it sort of fun and engaging. Sabyasachi's artwork definitely helped a lot in regards to the latter. The research in this comic was provided by the library, and I learned a lot of things I didn't know.


The library also provided the Spanish translation for the comic, so you can read either version.

This is a strip about conflicted feelings. We've all had them, but it's interesting when feelings rub up against our convictions. That's what I'm exploring in this week's comic. Essentially, the message is: 1. Everybody's human 2. Even when someone's a dick, we can still defend their rights 3. It's reasonable to criticize a person whose rights you defend.
